Getting Back to Back to Catholic Basics

This podcast, Back to Catholic Basics, has been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. There have been a great need for more voices teaching the Catholic Faith using the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The number of Catholics who truly understand the teachings of the Church is, to say the least, abysmal. Too many Catholics have fallen away from the practice of the faith, and even faithful Catholics have difficulty explaining why the Church teaches what she does.

I finally got this podcast started about 5 years ago, but didn’t have the follow-through to complete it. However, an opportunity has arisen to reboot the podcast based off adult catechism classes in my parishes. For this reason, I can announce a renewed Back to Catholic Basics podcast, including both the traditional audio podcast format and video from the classes via YouTube! Hope you will join us via either format, and will share this podcast with your friends, families, and fellow parishioners!

May God bless you all, and let’s get Back to Catholic Basics!
